Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination address of your order.
For orders weighing up to 1,500g, the following rates apply:
Germany: up to 1,500g – €4.80
EU: up to 1,500g – €14.80
In-store pickup is free of charge; please use the appointment selection option in your shopping cart.
Shipping is free for orders weighing over 1,500g.
Shipping Duration
Processing: Monday to Friday
For orders placed before 4:00 PM, we pack and hand over your shipment to DHL on the same day. Once handed over to DHL, you can expect delivery:
- within Germany: estimated 2 days
- EU-wide: 3–8 days
Payment
You can pay online via PayPal or by prepayment (invoice). For in-store pickup, you can pay in cash, by card, or via contactless payment. Please have your invoice number ready when picking up your order.
